*Biography :*
Clément Livache is an Assistant Professor at Ecole polytechnique and IP Paris. He graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Paris (engineering degree) and from Sorbonne University (MSc) in 2016. In 2016, he joined the team of Emmanuel Lhuillier at ESPCI Paris and Sorbonne University for his PhD. There, he worked with narrow bandgap nanomaterials for infrared applications, notably toward a new class of colloidal quantum dot infrared photodetectors. He received a PhD from Sorbonne University in 2019 and joined the team of Victor Klimov in the Los Alamos National Laboratory in 2020, working on quantum dot ultrafast spectroscopy and quantum dot laser devices. He joined the Solid State Chemistry group of the PMC laboratory at Ecole polytechnique in 2023, and is building a quantum dot lab dedicated to the exploration of nanomaterial photophysics and their use in advanced devices.
