Collaborations

by Anne-Marie - published on , updated on

PMC has a long history of collaborations with industry, including developments from fundamental research resulting in start-ups, as well as research contracts with large French industrial companies. Examples include Air Liquide, Agilis, Total, Saint-Gobain, Renault, CEA and SAFT. Since 2008 half of the patents on which PMC researchers appear as inventors are held in conjunction with one of these partners.

PMC is involved in many partnerships with the new University of Paris-Saclay, including the LABEXs Palm, NanoSaclay, and Charmmmat. In the Ile-de-France region, PMC is involved in the C’Nano IdF and in Oxymore. Several researchers within PMC contribute to these efforts as members of their committees and boards.
