Research fields and expertise
• Grafting of organic molecules, biomolecules and polymers on silicon (crystalline, amorphous and porous) and silicon nitride surfaces
• Surface-initiated controlled radical polymerization for supported heterogeneous catalysis
• Monitoring of biomolecular interactions on surfaces by FTIR-ATR spectroscopy
• Plasmonic and SERS biochips for proteins and pathogens detection
• Antifouling / antimicrobial coatings
• Plasma activation and plasma-induced polymerization on polymers (pachica paper, fabrics) : AMPHITEX project supported by CIEDS
