Research field :
I study, at the nanometer scale, the fundamental aspects of the electrochemical deposition of ultra–thin metal oxide films and the properties of these films in operando. My aim is to correlate the electrochemical and physical properties with the local atomic structure and redox properties. I also study the influence of infrared excitations on the kinetics of electrochemical reactions. My main expertise is the scanning probe microscopies, X–Ray diffraction and absorption, infrared spectroscopy and magnetic measurements all operated in solution.
